A massage therapist for over 15 years and also a teacher of yoga for nearly 20 years. Diploma (Level 3, accredited by ITEC) with the College of Classical Massage and completed post-graduate Chavutti training to trainer level with Helen Noakes. A member of FHT, one of the main professional bodies.

The Massage Guy specialises in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Indian Head massage, Chavutti Thirumal (Keralan) massage, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian) massage and Bodyflow. Your massage is tailored to suit you, with techniques and pressure adapted as appropriate.
